Who you are buying from

This store is operated by CUPPINGPRO, a sole proprietorship registered in Israel, trading as Aisle & Oak. Your card or PayPal statement will show CUPPINGPRO. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order placed through this site is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we begin engraving. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if the requested engraving falls under the restrictions below.

Personalization is your text

Before you can pay, this site shows you a proof panel with the exact text that will be cut, and asks you to confirm it. Nobody at our shop retypes a single character between your keyboard and the machine. You are responsible for the spelling, capitalization and dates you enter. Our refund policy sets out what happens when an engraving is wrong, whether the mistake is ours or yours.

What we will not engrave

We will not engrave text that is unlawful, that infringes a trademark or copyright you do not own, that is obscene or hateful, or that impersonates another person or organization. By submitting text you confirm you have the right to use it. If we decline an engraving on these grounds we cancel the order and refund it in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Party discounts are applied automatically by order quantity and are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, rates and our wedding-date guarantee are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product images

Photographs are representative. Leather is a natural material, so grain and shade vary slightly between pieces. Engraving depth and contrast can vary a little with the material. These variations are characteristic of the product and are not defects.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, design and code — belongs to CUPPINGPRO and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable consumer protection law, and nothing here limits the rights given to you by our refund policy or our wedding-date guarantee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
